Ending your relationship with one or more companies is not impossible. It is a business decision that deserves study, thought and planning.

You can do it gradually while you build the skills needed to reconfigure your practice and develop a part-time niche or specialty practice. You can do it with sensitivity to the clinical needs of your current patients as well.
