This service is perfect for when you have a quick question that needs a timely answer. Send us your question, and let us know whether you prefer to receive the answer via email, phone or Zoom - whichever is most convenient for you. We aim to respond within 24 hours. Yep!  No limits on the number of these brief consults either. Consultation Fundamentals: 30-minute consultation

During your 1:1 Consultation Fundamental, you can expect to meet with meet 1:1 with your consultant for up to 30-minutes and receive guidance and actionable steps during your call specific to you and your practice’s needs.

Consultation Intensives: In-depth consultation packages

These intensive consultations, specific to you, are designed to be in depth and comprehensive. Each package includes six 1.5-hour consultations with the same consultant or more than one consultant depending upon your practice needs. Below are three of our standard offerings, but keep in mind that these will be uniquely tailored and modified to your needs. We are also happy to meet with you for a brief free consultation to design a 6-session Consultation Intensive that is specific to you and your practice needs.

Group Mentoring Consultation

Each month we host drop-in Q&A group meetings for our members on a particular topic. Not sure you have a question related to the topic? No worries, pop by anyway as we often find that “you don’t know, what you don’t know.” If time allows, we can also field additional questions off topic. 

Marketing

This is a member-only small drop-in group where you can ask Pauline your marketing questions.  Need some ideas about ways to generate referrals? Looking to niche your practice but not sure where to market your services?  Need to know if your website is attracting traffic and working for you even while you sleep?  Hop on a call and ask your questions and brainstorm with the group.

Private Practice Mentoring

This is a member-only small drop-in group where you can ask Jeff your private practice questions. Looking to join a group practice, expand your current practice, or rent office space?  Wondering whether to participate in insurance and managed care or move to a private-pay-only practice?  Chat with the group about these topics and much more. 

 

Monthly Topic

This is a member-only drop-in where we specify the particular topic (e.g., all you need to know about telehealth), provide a short presentation, and then open up for questions and discussion.
